Leadership Giles Application

Leadership Giles is a unique opportunity to grow as a leader and gain a deeper understanding of the people, businesses, and organizations that make Giles County thrive.

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants to ensure an engaging and interactive experience for every class member. Completed applications must be submitted by August 8, 2026.

Our Introduction Day will be held on August 20, 2026. As the date approaches, you will receive an email with a detailed agenda, schedule, and any additional information you'll need to prepare for the day. We look forward to meeting you and kicking off another great Leadership Giles County class!

Time Commitment

Leadership Giles meets on the third Thursday of each month, beginning in August and continuing through May. Each session is a full-day program, so participants should plan accordingly when considering their availability. Please make sure to discuss the program schedule with your employer before applying to ensure you have approval to be away from work on class days. To successfully complete the Leadership Giles program and graduate, participants may not miss more than 2 class sessions. Additionally the group will work on a community project. While much of this work will take place during class, the group project may require a few meetings or work sessions outside of scheduled class days to ensure its success. *
