Giles Co. Fairest of the Festival

Giles County's Fairest of the Festival Pageant will be held August 14th at UT Southern's Martin Hall Auditorium. The overall winner will be invited to compete at the state level and win a $1,000 UT Southern scholarship. 

Age Divisions:
Baby Miss: 0-18 months
Toddler Miss: 19m-3 years
Tiny Miss: 4-6 years
Little Miss: 7-8 years
Pre- Teen Miss: 9-12 years
Teen Miss: 13-16 years
Miss: 17-20 years (Cannot be 21 by 12/31/21)

Awards:
Queen: This title will be given in each age division to the contestant with the highest score. She will receive a crown, a sash, and a gift. The Miss division will also receive a $1,000 UT Southern scholarship.

Runners-Up: These will be awarded in each division. They will receive a trophy.

Miss Photogenic: Each division Miss Photogenic will receive a trophy.

People’s Choice: People’s Choice will be awarded to the Contestant that receives the most votes. Votes are $1 each. She will receive a large crown and gift. There will be a designated box with envelopes available on the day of the pageant where people can place their votes.

Humanitarian Queen: We will award one Humanitarian Queen out of all the contestants to whomever donates the most amount of school supplies. The school supplies that will be collected from all the contestants will be evenly distributed to schools in Giles county. The winners will receive a large crown, a sash, and a gift.

Contestants and one adult may get into the pageant for free. All others ages 3 and up must pay a $5 entry fee.
All fees are non-refundable.

All CDC guidelines in place on August 14, 2021 will be followed.
