What began as a county initiative to celebrate a high state rank in beef production has quickly grown into a regional and state celebration of agriculture as not only a business but also a lifestyle to live, support and respect. Join us as we CONNECT with agriCULTURE!
Our staff and event committee are excited to plan the 6th Annual Here's the Beef, set for October 2-5, 2019 with the following agenda:
Agri-Park Volunteer Hall
Organized by the Extension Service, USDA Farm Service Center and Farm Bureau, this event brings together agencies, organizations and businesses from a variety of industries to focus on the impact the Agriculture industry has on the economy. This full breakfast with many Pick TN Products is prepared and served by the Young Farmers & Ranchers with tablescapes and décor by the Farm Bureau Women.

Giles Co. Agri-Park Volunteer Hall

The Here's the Beef Farm Tour is a free trip to area farms aboard a motor coach. The tour departs from the Agri-Park at 1pm and returns at approximately 4:30pm to the Agri-Park for the rest of the day's events.

2:30pm Limoland - Agri-Tourism; Diversified Operation
3:30pm Curry Farms - Grains & Feed Lot

The Pulaski Stockyard's main focus is to be a full service facility to all cattle producers and to max out the value for livestock from 1 to 1000 head. The First Friday Special Sale is very popular locally.

The scenic cross country course displays the beautiful countryside of Southern Middle Tennessee.The 5K and 1 Mile courses will be fun yet challenging as they wind through the rolling hills of Campbellsville. The 5K course is a 3.1 mile loop with a couple sections of out and back. The Kids Fun Run course is a 1 mile out and back.
